Jane White Pillatzke & "A Grave Exchange"

Jane White Pillatzke & "A Grave Exchange"

I am excited to have as my guest today through November 4, author Jane White Pillatzke. Jane's first step into the world of being a published author debuted October 31st, a most fitting day for "A Grave Exchange". . .

First of all I would like to welcome Jane to my blog. Tell us a bit about yourself that readers might not know.

Jane:  I was born in Dublin, Ireland and lived there most of my life only moving State side six years ago.

JS:  What made you decide to become a writer?

Jane:  It was no major decision I have always written but a few years ago I decided I should try to put my books out there for others to enjoy.

JS:  What do you write and what made you decide to go with that genre?

Jane:  I write mostly paranormal romances and historical romances.  I find myself drawn to books of that ilk.  I enjoy pushing boundaries and these two genres allow me to do so.

JS:  Where do you get your story ideas?

Jane:  Quite literally I tend to dream them out and then when I wake up I write them down in my notebook to explore.

JS:  What type of hero/heroine do you like best?

Jane: I love strong women, women who have overcome so much in life, I find most readers enjoy that character too or at least I hope so!

JS:  Tell us about a typical day in your life as a writer.

Jane:  My typical day is anything but typical!  I have to sort my two children out on a daily basis so my writing world tends to wait until the evening and weekends, but I get there which is the most important thing!

JS:  Do you have to be alone to write?

Jane:  YES! I have to have complete silence to be able to concentrate sometimes I play music softly in the back ground and I always have a wee candle lit.

JS:  Tell us about your current project.

Jane:  My current project is the release of A Grave Exchange the first book in the series A Grave Passion.  It’s now up for sale on Amazon and will be in every other ebook store in January.  After that I am busy finalizing A Grave Desire getting it ready to be edited, it’s based in World War II, a very exciting book to write with lots of research going into it.

JS:  Thank you for taking the time to come on. Best of luck with A Grave Exchange. Having already read it, I can't wait for A Grave Desire!

Jane:  Thank you very much Jamie for taking them time to talk to me, I have found this most exciting.

BLURB

I'm eagerly awaiting my first book release of A Grave Exchange, it's a wee novella that will leave you breathless, shaking, glowing , turned on and giddy with excitement over such a rare find.
Ivy Steele is the female character all women today find in themselves, someone strong, independent but who has overcome a horrid past.
Lucius Valentine is a leader amongst men who swore to uphold his kingdom but tragedies set in and his fate is sealed, until he meets the beautiful Ivy.
Can they together dare to dream of true love, can they together survive what fate has thrown their way or will their relationship ultimately end in doom.
I sincerely hope you will love what you read and join me on this journey of discovery and delicious delights.

BIO

People ask me all the time how I happened upon writing, well it's not really anything startling I've always written.  Even as a child I would sit and write for hours.  As an adult I found myself falling in love with Alpha males and wanting to write about Vampires and Werewolves and historical time periods were men knew how to be men and women were strong and courageous.
I come from Ireland, Dublin to be exact a country full of magic and folklore, perhaps writing has always been in my blood.  Either way I love to entertain and draw everyone in for a good story.  Erotica is fast becoming my favorite genre to write as it allows us all to get hot and bothered and leave us wanting more, much much more.
